These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any transactions or engagements with us. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. 1. Scope of Services

AL SAQR AL AHMAR GENERAL TRADING L.L.C provides general trading services, including the import, export, and distribution of leather, fur, and fashion clothing products, as well as participation in global trade shows. All services are subject to formal agreements outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and costs. We reserve the right to modify service offerings or availability without prior notice, in accordance with UAE commercial regulations enforced by the Department of Economy & Tourism (DET).

2. Use of Website

Our website is intended for lawful use by individuals and businesses seeking information about our products and services. You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful content.

3. Orders and Transactions

All orders for products (e.g., leather, fur, fashion clothing) or services are subject to:

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are binding only upon our written confirmation via email or formal contract.
  • Pricing: Prices are inclusive of 5% VAT, as mandated by DET regulations. Prices are subject to change until order confirmation.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per agreed terms (e.g., bank transfer, check) and timelines specified in the contract. Late payments may incur additional charges as per UAE commercial law.
  • Delivery: Delivery timelines and costs are specified in the order agreement. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays).

All transactions are conducted in compliance with UAE consumer protection laws, including the provision of purchase receipts and clear refund/replacement policies.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Order cancellations or modifications require written notice to info@alsaqrtrading.com at least 7 business days prior to the agreed delivery date. Cancellations may incur fees, as outlined in the order agreement, including but not limited to restocking or administrative costs. Modifications are subject to our approval and may affect pricing or timelines.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, including business details, order information, and personal data, in compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection. You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by us (e.g., pricing, product specifications) without prior written consent. Our manager, Muhammad Kashif Muhammad Fazal Saleemi, oversees data protection compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including product designs, logos, trademarks, and promotional materials, is the property of AL SAQR AL AHMAR GENERAL TRADING L.L.C or its licensors, protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. 8. Force Majeure

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to mitigate impacts, as per DET guidelines.

9. Compliance with UAE Laws

Our operations and these Terms comply with UAE laws, including:

  • Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection.
  • DET regulations, including mandatory VAT display, prohibition of counterfeit goods, and signboard requirements (Arabic: الصقر الحمر للتجارة العامة ش.ذ.م.م; English: AL SAQR AL AHMAR GENERAL TRADING L.L.C).
  • Consumer protection laws requiring clear pricing, receipts, and refund policies.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts, U.A.E.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services or website access for any breach of these Terms, non-payment, or violation of UAE laws, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due, and confidentiality obligations survive.
